This describes the intended model. It is not a substitute for final terms approved by Moroccan counsel before commercial launch.
Animals.ma’s role
Animals.ma connects pet owners with independent providers. It organizes discovery, requests, messages, reviews, and support, but is not the employer or direct care provider.
Requests and payment
A request is not a paid booking. Online payment remains disabled until a regulated Moroccan partner is integrated. Price, add-ons, and the 18% customer fee will appear before any future confirmation.
Cancellations and disputes
The intended policy provides a full refund more than 24 hours before care, 50% within 24 hours, and no automatic refund after care begins unless the provider is at fault, subject to applicable law.
Safety
Providers remain responsible for accepted care. An incident must first protect the pet and then document relevant facts. No financial guarantee is advertised without approved insurance or a funded reserve.
Document status
Payment, refund, liability, guarantee, and consumer-protection terms require approval before activation.
