This launch notice must be aligned with the CNDP filing and approved before real identity documents are collected at scale.
Data we collect
Account details, pet profiles, sitter applications, verification documents, requests, messages, reports, reviews, support cases, and security logs.
Why we use it
To create and secure accounts, verify providers, organize requests, prevent abuse, support users, and comply with legal obligations.
Sensitive documents
Identity documents, selfies, and private photos are stored in non-public areas. Access is limited to their owner and authorized staff through short-lived links.
Addresses
Search uses an approximate area only. Exact addresses are never public and may only be shared for a genuinely confirmed booking.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion at bonjour@animals.ma. Some records may be retained when required by law or an active dispute.
International transfers
Hosting and transfers outside Morocco must be documented and approved in line with CNDP requirements before production.
