Prepare for the service
Bring the usual food, vaccination record, labelled medication, lead or carrier, and a familiar object. Write down quantities, schedules, restrictions, and veterinarian details.
During the Meet & Greet, check doors, windows, balconies or gardens, separation options, and how new arrivals are managed. A short trial stay can help before a longer booking.
Book this service in Morocco
Prices vary by city, duration, number of pets, holiday periods, and required care. Each provider sets a price in MAD. Use search to check real availability, then ask questions in messaging before confirming. Animals.ma is not a veterinary clinic; medical care should be agreed with the pet’s usual professional.
A useful profile is more than a rating. Read the experience description, response reliability, accepted pets, daily capacity, and home conditions when animals are hosted there. Reviews should only follow completed paid bookings. Profiles in the preview are examples and must be replaced by genuinely approved providers before public launch.
Prepare a simple profile for each pet: species, age, weight, routine, food, medication, behaviour, veterinarian, and emergency contact. Describe challenges honestly. A provider may be excellent for a calm cat without having the right setting for a large energetic dog. Compatibility protects the pet and provider.
Keep messages and payment on the platform once commercial booking opens. That will keep instructions, changes, photos, refunds, and any dispute in one record. Exact addresses and private contact details should only be shared when necessary after confirmation.
Useful questions before booking
When is a booking confirmed?
The request goes to the provider first. After acceptance, capacity is reserved for 24 hours and the owner receives the amount to pay. A booking is only confirmed after payment. During the private preview, this flow uses test data and no real money is collected.
Is a Meet & Greet required?
It is not mandatory for every request, but is strongly recommended before first-time boarding, longer care, or care for an anxious, reactive, or medicated pet. It lets both people observe the interaction, check the home or equipment, and confirm instructions before committing.
How do changes and cancellation work?
Dates, times, pets, and options should change inside the booking record so capacity and price remain accurate. The planned policy provides a full refund over 24 hours before service, 50% within 24 hours, and no automatic refund after service begins unless the provider is at fault or an exception is approved.
What happens if there is a problem?
The pet’s safety comes first. The provider contacts emergency veterinary care when needed, then the owner and Animals.ma support. Photos, messages, receipts, and a timeline are added to the case. A report within 12 hours after completion can hold payout while the facts are reviewed.
Can care repeat every week?
Walking, drop-ins, and day care are designed to support weekly recurrence. Every occurrence must fit the provider’s availability and capacity. Holidays, missed days, and schedule changes should be recorded in the platform instead of agreed only in an external conversation that leaves the calendar unchanged.
Which health details should be provided?
Add food, medication, allergies, behaviour, veterinarian details, an emergency contact, and authorization for urgent care. Vaccination information is required for boarding and day care. Never hide escape, bite, or resource-guarding history; those details help find compatible care.
How are prices and fees shown?
The provider sets a MAD price and may define extras for additional pets, puppies, holidays, longer sessions, medication, or transport. Animals.ma adds an 18% owner booking fee. The service price, extras, fee, and total appear before payment, with no mandatory subscription. Tips are intended to pass entirely to the provider once real payments are active.
